Refunds

All sales are final. There are strictly no returns or refunds accepted.

Exchanges

Non-gift purchases

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@chonkii.com within 2 days of delivery. Please do not send your purchase back before contacting the business.

Gift purchases

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a coupon for the value of your return to be used for your future purchase.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the coupon to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

Orders will be collected from Monday – Thursday and will be shipped out every Friday – Sunday.
